BCBA ClinicianQualifications:
Education: Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Those sitting soon also encouraged to apply) or Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Washington. Applied Behavior Analysis emphasis at the university level Experience: At least one year experience working as a consultant in the autism spectrum or developmental disability fields Experience conducting skill acquisition, as well as functional and social skill assessments Develop and implement positive behavior plans & strategies |
RBTRequirements:
• Complete agency-specific training • Are paired with clients based on location and skills • Implement individualized behavior analytic programming • Receive ongoing training and support • Work with as a valued team member to provide the highest quality of instruction Qualified applicants will have: *Must Complete RBT training and sit for the RBT exam • A strong interest in helping children with autism • The drive to learn and grow • Previous experience working with individuals with children with unique needs including Autism or learning disabilities. This is a great position for people who have worked as paraprofessionals, child care workers, and respite providers. • A strong work ethic, and will be dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic. • The ability to make a 6-month commitment to our clients |
